1) HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

a) For domestic shipments anywhere within Continental North America (Canada & USA)1:     
  • On all orders sub-totalling a minimum of $525.00 CAD or more (after discounts) - Shipping is “free”. ·     
  • On all orders sub-totalling less than $525.00 CAD (after discounts) - Shipping is a flat rate of $19.95 CAD. 
  • 1 Please note: for locations in Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, NWT and Nunavut, shipping costs will need to be quoted separately. Please see below (international shipments) for additional details.
b) For all international shipments outside of North America:
  • Shipping and duties are country specific, thus complicated to estimate.  As a result, shipping and duties costs on all orders outside of North America (Canada & USA), will need to be quoted separately.  We are offering two options for how you can proceed with your order.
Option 1 - Complete Order for Art On-line, Then Obtain Shipping Quote and Pay Separately (easiest) - Please complete your online order for the artwork you wish to purchase.  Once we have the details of your order in house, we will then be able to obtain a shipping quote to your location and respond to you via email confirming the shipping amounts.  We will then contact you directly via email to arrange a separate payment for the shipping using either Credit Card, PayPal or e-transfer, which ever is the most suitable. 
Option 2 - Provide Details of Desired Art to Us, then we Obtain a Shipping Quote Before Completing Purchase - Please select your desired art pieces.  Then please send an e-mail to us by clicking here, and providing the following information: country and city where the shipment is going, name(s) and quantity of the art pieces you would like to purchase, medium of choice, size and finish (frame, etc). Once we have the details of your order, we will then be able obtain a shipping quote to your location and respond to you via email confirming the shipping amounts.  We will then contact you directly via email to arrange a separate payment for the order including the shipping.  We will work with you on which payment method is best, such as Credit Card, PayPal or e-transfer.

Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to a PO box, so please ensure that you provide your actual street number address when completing your order. 

2) HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED? 

Rest assured your new artwork will be packaged carefully and professionally to ensure safe shipping to you. Careful attention is made to edge protection and foam wrapping is placed around the art piece itself before being placed into a sturdy custom cardboard shipping box to protect your artwork.  

3) WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME FOR DELIVERY? 

Average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days for face mount to acrylic and framed prints. However, depending on order volume, the turnaround time might be a little quicker or longer.  If you require your order by a specific date, please contact me at 647-519-7425 or don’t hesitate to email me by clicking here.  to confirm details.  From mid-November to mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season.  Please note shipping time is extra and is typically 2 – 4 days. 

4) CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER? 

If you need to receive your order faster then the average turnaround time (detailed above) then please contact me are 647-519-7425 to discuss your needs. We are usually able to accommodate special requests however expedited orders may incur an additional charge, which will be quoted if applicable. 

5) WHAT COMPANY DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We ship within North America using primarily UPS, however from time to time we will use other couriers depending on order sizes and where it is shipping.  Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address. 

6) DO YOU INCLUDE HANGING HARDWARE WITH YOUR CANVASES AND FACE MOUNT TO ACRYLIC PRINTS? 

Yes, the hanging hardware is included for canvases and is a high-grade braided wire fastened to D-rings, ready to hang. The face mount to acrylic comes with a back frame installed for easy hanging.  Simply counter sink 1-3 screws with a large head into you wall making sure they are level. The screw head should sit about ½” out of the wall, and the back frame will then rest on the screw(s). The back frame is intended to hang flush to the wall. If you have older walls or special finishes, please take this into consideration before installation. If you have any questions regarding the hanging hardware provided, please do not hesitate to contact me. 

7) ARE YOUR CANVASES CONSIDERED GICLEE QUALITY? 

Yes, our canvases are digital prints produced on inkjet and latex printers.  We use only archival quality inks and artist grade canvases. 

8) HOW IS THE CANVAS STRETCHED? 

We use a propriety blend of canvas that is stretched over 1.5” or 0.75” kiln dried wooden stretcher bars.  All canvases come with hanging hardware and strainer supports on any canvas over 30" wide. 

9) DO YOU OFFER FRAMES FOR YOUR CANVASES? 

Yes, we offer a float frame option for our canvases. The float frame comes in five different finishes: Black, Espresso, Black with Gold, Black with Silver and white. Please select the "Frame" tab when uploading your image to see how these options look. 

10) WHAT IS THE LARGEST SIZE YOU CAN PRINT? 

All standard print sizes that are available for a selected art piece are shown in the “2 Size” folder after you have selected medium.  Below are the standard sizing limits. ·     

  • The largest canvas size is 58”x100” for a single panel canvas     
  • The largest face mount to acrylic art is 48”x120”     
  • The largest paper print is 58” x120”
  • The largest print that that can be ordered with a frame is 36” on the long side
  • The largest metal print size is 40”x60”

11) CAN I HANG MY CANVAS IN A BATHROOM? 

Yes, just make sure the canvas is not in direct contact with water. 

12) ARE THE PRINTS SIGNED? 

Yes, all prints have a Rick Vyrostko signature (shown below) digitally printed into the bottom right of each image. 

13) WHY DOESN’T MY PRINT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE WEBSITE? 

Your print won't look exactly the same as what you see on Instagram or my website.  A backlit screen is much brighter than ambient light reflecting off of a paper print.  This is why museums and art galleries have multiple lights pointing at photographs.  I recommend hanging your new print in a well-lit area of your home or office, or add a specific “art light” to bring out the best of the artwork.  Please call me if you have any questions.   

14) CAN I ORDER A PRINT OF ON IMAGE THAT I SEE ON THE RICK VYROSTKO PHOTOGRAPHY WEBSITE or RICK’s OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORMS?

15) I AM INTERESTED IN ADDITIONAL IMAGES TO MATCH AN IMAGE I HAVE SELECTED (EG. MORE PENGUINS, MORE SAFARI IMAGES, ETC.) HOW CAN I SEE MORE IMAGES THAT YOU MAY HAVE?

Many clients are interested in collecting a larger number of works from a given theme (such as more penguins, icebergs, Iceland landscapes, animals, etc.).  It will me my pleasure to work with you to show you additional images from my collections based on a theme. 16) WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS? 

Rick Vyrostko Photography works to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase of your new artwork. We strive to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting during the purchasing process including the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview, and even Live Preview AR throughout this store website.  So, we have to insist that all sales are final.  Exceptions are made of course for any damage during shipping.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me by clicking here and include your order number and a brief description of the nature of your dissatisfaction. I will contact you as quickly as possible to discuss how we can help. 

Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
